**Job Description:**

Kolo seeks a Sales Associate enthusiastic about home design and construction. This remote role requires identifying business opportunities through outbound calls to existing Kolo customers, understanding their needs, and guiding potential clients through the process. The role involves maintaining performance reports and catering to customer queries via email/WhatsApp.

**Requirements:**

- Proven sales experience with a basic understanding of home construction and interiors

- Prior experience in outbound call centers or similar sales positions preferred

- Intuitive and insightful with a focus on understanding human behavior

- Proficiency in English and Hindi (mother tongue)

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and equipped with a functional laptop, stable internet, and phone network

**Work Details:**

- Salary: 20,000 INR

- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours a day

- Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
